Weekend of Jul 10/11. New I was up for a big hike on Sunday so I did a bit of training on Saturday - Big mistake. Did a 11.5km walk from home to WestonPark (cache) the over near Albert Hall (cache maintenance) then across Parliament House to the top of Melbourne Ave and another cache.
Sunday, up at 5:00 am for an assault on the sides of Mt Tennent, my favourite mountain. Very tricky puzzle needed solving first. Picked up Jeremy and Chris and set off on waht turned out to be a 20.8km walk in drizzle at first. Great trails, beaut views along the way but I fear I won't be able to walk tomorrow.
After dropping Chris, Jermy's phone buzzed with news of a brand new fresh cache not too far away. Whoot, did I mention I won't be able to walk tomorrow ?
